All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of our services, the time required for setup, and the intellectual property involved in our systems, templates, workflows, automations, strategy, and implementation, Pivot & Prosper LLC does not offer refunds on setup fees, monthly access fees, custom service fees, add-on services, digital products, or usage-based charges.

Setup fees, custom event setup fees, website work, automation builds, SEO/AEO/GEO work, AI setup, CRM setup, workflow setup, consultation services, and other done-for-you services are non-refundable once purchased.

Monthly access fees are billed according to the selected plan and are non-refundable once charged. Clients may cancel monthly access according to the cancellation process listed below, but cancellation does not create a refund for prior payments, setup fees, completed work, work already started, or the current billing period.

Usage-based charges, including but not limited to email, text message, phone, AI usage, call forwarding, phone numbers, or third-party platform fees, are non-refundable.

To cancel a monthly subscription, clients must submit a cancellation request according to the instructions provided by Pivot & Prosper LLC. Monthly access will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Canceling monthly access will remove access to Business Automation Hub, CRM tools, automations, forms, calendars, workflows, phone numbers, messaging tools, AI tools, lead data access, or other platform features connected to the service.

Recurring Billing
Monthly subscriptions, access fees, platform fees, and service plans renew automatically until cancelled according to the cancellation instructions provided by Pivot & Prosper, LLC. By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize Pivot & Prosper, LLC or its payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Failure to use the service does not cancel the subscription and does not qualify the client for a refund.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing from Pivot & Prosper, LLC, you agree to contact us first regarding any billing concern before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks, false claims, or disputes made after services, setup work, digital products, snapshots, access, or custom work have been delivered may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to services, platforms, automations, accounts, or deliverables. We reserve the right to provide documentation of your purchase, checkout agreement, usage, delivery, communications, and access history to the payment processor or financial institution.

Failed Payments and Suspension
If a payment fails, is reversed, disputed, or remains unpaid, Pivot & Prosper, LLC may suspend or terminate access to services, subscriptions, platform tools, automations, websites, phone numbers, messaging features, AI tools, deliverables, directory listings, or support until the account is brought current. Suspension or termination for nonpayment does not cancel amounts owed.

Right to Refuse, Suspend, or Terminate Service

Pivot & Prosper, LLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service, platform access, support, directory listings, subscriptions, custom work, or access to any product or deliverable at our discretion if we believe a client has violated these Terms, failed to pay amounts owed, abused our services, misused platform tools, provided false or misleading information, violated third-party platform rules, engaged in unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive conduct, or created unreasonable risk for Pivot & Prosper, LLC, its clients, contractors, service providers, platforms, or partners.

Termination, suspension, or refusal of service under this section does not entitle the client to a refund.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, requested access, content, approvals, logins, brand assets, business details, compliance information, and timely communication needed to complete services. Delays caused by missing information, lack of access, delayed approvals, inaccurate information, platform limitations, third-party provider issues, or client inaction do not qualify for refunds or cancellation of amounts owed.

Service Timelines and Delays

Any timelines, delivery dates, launch dates, turnaround times, or project estimates provided by Pivot & Prosper, LLC are estimates only unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement. Pivot & Prosper, LLC will make reasonable efforts to complete services within the expected timeframe, but timelines may change due to circumstances including, but not limited to, client delays, missing information, delayed approvals, lack of access, incomplete content, changes in project scope, third-party platform issues, technical limitations, compliance reviews, payment delays, illness, emergencies, severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, internet outages, software outages, carrier delays, acts of God, government actions, supply chain delays, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Delays caused by these circumstances do not qualify the client for a refund, cancellation of amounts owed, or damages. Pivot & Prosper, LLC is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform services caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Scope of Work and Additional Requests
Services include only the items specifically listed in the applicable offer, invoice, checkout page, proposal, or written agreement. Additional revisions, requests, pages, automations, integrations, strategy, support, troubleshooting, platform setup, or custom work outside the original scope may require additional fees. Pivot & Prosper, LLC is not required to perform out-of-scope work unless agreed to in writing.
