Submitting Your Support Ticket

To submit a support ticket, please fill out the form with your contact information (name, email address, and phone number, if you would like a call back) and provide a detailed description of the issue you're experiencing.

Include the following information:

  • any specific error messages,

  • what actions led to the problem, and

  • any troubleshooting steps you've already attempted.

If you have any screenshots, logs, or other documents that could help illustrate your issue, you can attach them using the "File Upload" option.

Before submitting, review your details for accuracy. Once submitted, our support team will review your ticket and respond via email within our standard response time, if more information is needed we will schedule a zoom call with you.
